Hi all, I (M28) and my partner (F25) recently tried anal intercourse for the first time. We made sure to use lubricant, but it was extremely painful for her. We gave it another try later, again with lube, but she still experienced a lot of pain and discomfort.
Weβre both interested in exploring this, but we donβt want it to be a painful or negative experience. Could anyone share detailed advice on how to reduce pain and make it more comfortable?
