As a beginner reading this sub, it came to my attention that by using an extender with a tension above 2.65lbs you risk premature tunica hardening, which makes gaining in the future much more difficult.
People here, more often than not, use ABS (All day stretcher) to heal/ recover in a stretched position. However, wouldnβt it be more logical for newbies to begin with long hours low tension? If so, what ABS is the best for getting the job done?
Additionally, doesnβt pumping also harden the tunica? If so, should pumping be done ONLY AFTER desire length is achieved?
Iβve done tops 30 hours of stretching 2kg (4.41lb) or less for 1-2 hours and pumping less than 20kPa (5.9hg) for 10min or less. This, I did on and off for the last 6 months. Iβve seen no gains so far (likely bc inconsistent with no set routine).
Is this enough to harden my tunica? Is it not too late to drop everything and do ADS instead?
Any advice from experience would be greatly appreciated.
