For context both me 18m and my girlfriend 18f are new to anal play. At the moment we've used fingers but nothing more and had been doing so a lot as foreplay today.
Today we were doing our thing but at one point I slipped and accidentally went in her ass about half way. Instantly she winced and we stopped everything immediately but I had really hurt her.
She said it was okay and she knows it was an accident and didn't seem angry at all. We had a long cuddle after and made sure to give her water and tried to look after her.
Eventually she had to go home but while we were walking to the bus stop it was clear that she was struggling. I feel so bad for hurting her.
Is there an easy way to broach the subject so I can apologise because it's clear she was uncomfortable when I tried to apologise afterwards. I just feel so bad for hurting her and violating her like that. I'm going to give her some chocolate and flowers tomorrow but I just need help on how to apologise and what to say as she's had some bad experiences in the past and I'm worried about her.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
