Health is Wealth – Even for Developers



We often hear the phrase β€œHealth is Wealth”, but in our fast-paced world of coding, deadlines, and screen time, it’s easy to forget.

As developers (or anyone working in tech), we spend long hours sitting, debugging, and juggling projects. But without good health, our productivity and creativity eventually suffer.

Here are a few simple reminders I follow:
