Hi all,
I've (24F) been dealing with pain during penetration for the last few years, and our sex life has come to a complete stand still. Getting turned on feels like someone is taking their finger and pulling the corner of my mouth too far, but in my vag. My doctor has recommended I use dilators to help with stretching/relaxing the muscles until I'm able to do so comfortably. Has anyone here had any experience with this? Any tips? Preferred brands/materials? A lot of my avoidance comes from the pain, and has led to me being anxious any time I think I'll be turned on. Outside of not having sex, our relationship is pretty good. We communicate, cuddle, hang out, make out, things like that - but I'd really like to start having penetrative sex with my partner again
