I (m) have been seeing a guy for about two weeks, been on 5 dates and last date things got physical.
We were naked and I went to blow him, at which point I realized the entire length of his (large) penis almost all the way to the head was covered in coarse public hair. Not as dense as bush area, but coarse and dense enough to really surprise me and, when I proceeded to blow him, be noticeable and uncomfortable on my tongue and along my throat. (fyi he is circumcised and I wonder if that may have pulled hair down the shaft somehow?)
I hate to admit it, but I basically couldnβt get hard for the rest of the night and we ended things there for the night with a cuddle with me excusing myself on the grounds of being tired.
I feel pretty terrible because everything else about this has been going smoothly and been great, and generally I like body hair and hairy guys in the more traditional regions. Iβve never had a preference or expectation for grooming or anything eitherβ¦
But, I feel like I wouldnβt be able to maintain a sexual relationship unless he were to remove the hair on his shaft. Both for oral and even anal reasons, as well as the aforementioned physical reaction on my end. I also feel like due to stubble, the only way that would work is waxing or hair removal cream, and idk if either of those are possible on a penis shaftβ¦
Do you think this is an unfair thing to ask of a guy I donβt know that deeply ? Should I just distance myself and move on with dating ? If I were to address it, Iβm not sure how to go about itβ¦
TLDR: guy with coarse pubic hair along penis shaft all the way to the base of the head makes oral and anal uncomfortable, and turns me off.
Any advice on whether to address, how to address, or personal anecdotes would be greatly appreciated.
