Getting crazy cramps after intense orgasms

I (25F) get the most insanely painful cramps after an intense orgasm. I literally feel like I’m dying for the 20-30 minutes until the Tylenol kicks in but I don’t feel any pain during. Any advice welcome. Is this somewhat normal ish?
