The parents of 16-year-old Adam Raine say in his final weeks of life, the ChatGPT artificial intelligence chatbot had become a substitute for human companionship. They are suing the company behind ChatGPT, OpenAI, and its CEO Sam Altman, saying they bear responsibility for their sonβs death.
