Hi, I was wondering for those of you who do PAC, what kind for expansion you experience with it, compared to pumping or clamping alone? and whether you find it to be an enduring post-pump by comparison? A large motivation for my doing PE atm is the post session temp gains for sex: Iβve found that something about the post pump from clamping is more βdurableβ than that from pumping, perhaps because it is more blood than edema, and blood hangs around for longer? I was hoping PAC would be the holy grail for temp gains, wondering if anyone had thoughts
