Should I get worried about the edema you see in the pictures? This happens 30 min vacuum hanging. Iβm still not using weights, but I stretch as much as I comfortably can by pulling the chain. For now, I massage 10 minutes and the situation gets way better, but still I prefer to double check with the community.
Also, it might be related to the size of the vacuum cup? I am not sure whether I should use a bigger one, maybe that would solve the problem?
