Does anyone know of a bot "script" or know how to make a bot that sends a daily cat picture via command

Some days might be dark for a lot of people, so I was looking for a bot or a script to have a bot send a random daily cat picture with a command /dailycat or !dailycat from an Imgur link, where I can add images, and others can send me pictures to add to said album

Anyone good with scripts or who wants to help, I'd appreciate it
