Iβve mainly focused on doing length work with some light pumping for a while and have kinda slowed on gaining bpel, but my bpsfl is ahead by about .7 inches(8% difference.)
Would it be ideal to switch to a more girth focused routine to close the gap or is that just an old theory ?
