Iβve been reading about penis extenders and how they supposedly increase size. From what I understand, extenders primarily work by stretching connective tissue ..... like the suspensory ligament, fascia, and skin.... rather than the erectile tissue (corpora cavernosa) itself.
My question is: Does this type of tissue growth translate to an increase in erect length, or is it mostly just flaccid and stretched length that improves?
Iβm curious if anyone has reliable sources, clinical studies, or personal experiences that clarify whether extenders can genuinely affect erect size, or if the gains are mostly cosmetic/flaccid
Because at the end of the day, the real size increase would have to come from an actual increase in erectile tissue, not just connective tissue or skin stretching.
