DIY Hanging Method

Ok guys I need some help so I can understand if my DIY method is bullsh** or will take me somewhere in the next 8-12 months or more.
I decided to do it myself, I heard from some videos on YT (especially the old Leo and Longevity YT channel) that hanging is about primarily stretching the ligaments around the base of your penis in order to achieve length.

I'm going for lenght only cause I'm already somewhere between 7'' (17.5) BPEL and 6.5'' (a bit over 16cm) NBPEL and my goal is to add around 0.5'' to 1'' to my NBPEL and then maybe then I will care about girth but I'm already over 5'' so it's not my main focus (also I'm quite lean so I don't get much from BP, I have veins even in the palm of my hand lol).

I'm not here to have the biggest dick and I don't want it in first place, I just want that visual boost that 1 full inch can give but I would also be happy with less.

As you can read from the pics, I'm using two cloths around my penis to protect it from the ''hanging device'' and I tighten the ''suspender'' on the base of my penis (but with the tension it will eventually move a bit forward to the mid penis and that's normal).
Also I'm Hanging between the cheeks and you have an amazing drawing (lol) so you understand my position!

I started with just 0.5kg (around 1lbs) for 15 minutes and worked up to 50 minutes, the added another 0.5kg and now I'm at 1kg for 30 minutes straight after 1 month of consistent work (started on 7 August) usually 6 days on and 1 day off.

Now that I went up in weight to 1kg I'm starting to see some strains on both side ligaments (you can see from the picture) and they go away after some minutes, but ''I'm happy'' cause if Hanging is about pulling the ligaments too then seems like it's working.

My plan is pretty simple: work with time then add weight. The moment I can easily do 50-60 minutes of hanging with that weight I will go up by 0.5kg.

I have an excel that I will share in the future, but I started with 0.5kg x 15minutes on the 7th August and reached 50minutes on the 27th, then went back to 10minutes with 1kg and now I'm at 1kg x 30' comfortably, so in the next week I'll probably add 0.5kg again.

Since I'm all about length do you have any recommendations?
Am I doing something wrong that makes no sense in the long term?

I will keep you updated when I have Before & After pictures but unfortunately my before is on my old phone so I only have recent pics that can't be confronted, but I've noticed that my dick is looking better and stronger especially ''longer'' on the days off but might be placebo since measuring is not always easy to replicate 100% correctly.
