Iβve never had sex, and Iβve been thinking about the idea of meeting someone online to finally lose my virginity. The thought makes me both curious and really nervous. I worry about a lot of things like how to protect myself both physically and emotionally. I also feel anxious about the vulnerability of it all, and whether Iβll feel judged or awkward in the moment. I've signed up for dating apps but I'm scared and insecure. Iβm hoping to hear from anyone who has had a first sexual experience with someone they met online, or anyone whoβs navigated these fears. How did you handle the nerves, and make sure it was a safe and positive experience? Any advice would really help me feel more prepared.
