So I have been using a male hanger for about a month. I understand how to break up sets and how long I should hang for. However, sometimes it is hard to do all of it at once. Is there any research if it is bad to do sets throughout the day? Like if 20 minutes in the morning 20 minutes mid day and 20 minutes at night are the same as 3 20 minute sets with 5 minutes in between? I also mark up and cool down each set with about 5 minutes of a heating pad. Thanks for any help!
