Confused on how to properly control tension with Penimaster Pro

Hello!

I was recently diagnosed with peyronies and my doc recommended the penimaster pro. I’ve been using it now for about 2 weeks - he gave me a measurement to start with based off flaccid stretched length plus 1.5 cm - but o haven’t seen anything online that is specific about how that measurement is done

Is it from the base of the device to the very end of the device? Or to your the vacuum part which has your glans? Should you measure that out starting from after the spring part?

Aside from those questions - my main trouble has been getting any proper tension readings via the springs and lines that show which if they’re hidden means you pass a gram tension threshold .. but I can’t ever get it to go past the first line, it always shows all 5 lines, which the manual says β€œno stretch” - but I definitely feel a bit of a stretch , and going further than that is a bit nerve racking, lol. Also tried adding some more rods but still no visible change with the lines, maybe I need to add more? But maybe it’s a matter of working up to it over the course of the day when your penis has stretched enough to go that far? I just want to be cautious and not cause an injury, just feeling a bit lost on that

Should I be feeling any strain / light pain? The manual says it should never be painful. Manual also says for new cell formation you want to be at least beyond first line for 220g I believe, so that’s the reason I’m trying to sort this out. So I can make good use of the time

Sorry for the ramble, really appreciate any help or insights you guys can offer, thank you gents.
