Palestinian health authorities said at least 13 people were killed, including seven children, in an Israeli strike as they tried to collect drinking water in Al-Mawasi β€” a part of Gaza the Israeli military told Palestinians to head to. The Israeli military initially told NBC News that it had no record of strikes in the area of Al-Mawasi that day. NBC News' Richard Engel reports.
