Hey! I recently switched from a more expensive brand of tadalafil to a cheaper option. But i literally got all side effects you can get. I got extreme headache, flushing, dizziness and a congested nose. I tried dosing differently, from 10 mg to 2,5 mg. Side effects still there. So i switched back to the more expensive option and absolutely 0 side effects. How is this possible? Isnt tadalafil just tadalafil?
