I did a bunch of research and the only proven medically proven method to extend length seems to be extenders. My country has a bunch of weird import laws so I can't really buy some super expensive extender like the Apex without it tripling in price. Apparently, there is also a bunch of advice against noose extenders.
So I was thinking, can I just tape my dick to my leg in a way that extends it and leave it there all day long?
