I have been using a male hanger and hanging weights straight out through a pulley for the past 3 months. Currently at 7.5kg/16.5lb.
Iβm looking at switching to an extender (connected to the male hanger) rather than using weight plates for comfort and ease of use and consistency in the stretch.
Iβve seen on this subreddit that people seem to do this regularly. Does anyone have significant experience with this? Any tips or tricks? Whatβs the best extender to buy for this purpose?
