Out of curiosity, I decided to take down the B: & C: (Before and current) measurements from the users in this SubReddit who have made them public via their "Flair". From this data, I have discovered a few things that others might find useful and may even answer a few newbie questions in regard to gains.
RANGE
In total, I collected data from 140 users with pre-PE penis sizes ranging from 4.4 inches to 8.4 inches long, and 3.5 inches to 6.0 inches in girth.
AVERAGES
Average pre-PE penis length: 6.2 inches
Average pre-PE penis girth: 4.9 inches
According to clinically measured data from large-scale studies and meta-analyses, the world averages are:
Penis length: 5.2 Inches
Penis girth: 4.6 inches
That means the starting penis length for the average user in this SubReddit is 19% (1.0 inch) longer than the world average. However, the starting penis girth for the average user in this SubReddit is only 6.5% (0.3 inches) thicker than the world average.
GAINS
Length: The average gain in length for the users in this SubReddit is 0.74 inches. However, we need to keep in mind that each user is at a different place in their PE journey, and due to the guys, who are just starting out or those who are only chasing girth gains, I think we can safely assume that the actual average is a little bit higher.
Girth: The average gain in girth for the users in this SubReddit is 0.38 inches. However, just like with length, we need to keep in mind that each user is at a different place in their PE journey, and due to the guys, who are just starting out or are only chasing length gains, I think we can safely assume that the actual average is a little bit higher.
Largest reported gain in length: 2.3 inches
Largest reported gain in girth: 1.63 inches
THOUGHTS: Most surprising for me, is the fact that the men who are seeking gains appear to be the men who already have a larger than average penis. I know I am one of those guys, but I honestly thought I would be an outlier. So, I wonder why it is that so many of us want to be bigger even when we already are big? Oh, it just occurred to me that most users in this SubReddit do not make their stats public, and perhaps those with larger starting stats are more likely to publicize it? Anyway, I can only go of those who have stats in their flair.
Interestingly, the average gains in length tend to align with most clinical trial gains, which generally only run for 6 months. But as I mentioned, I have included the data of newbies too, and I suspect this brings the SubReddit average down a bit. If we were to take that into account, it may bring up the SubReddit average to a value that accounts for those who have been doing PE for years.
