yo peeps, a little background- I'm thinking of going on testosterone, and also wanted to start gaining now. My current dimensions are 5.5 NBP Γ 4.5
My goal is to hit 7.5Γ5.5, time is no worry, I can dedicate years to this too. (After I hit 5.5, I'd really like to go for more girth too, but all in good time I guess)
So, how should I move forward with-
1) Routine 2) Devices for hanging, extending and any girth based exercises? 3) Any supplements?
Also, does taking T help in gaining size? I'm 24 right now so ig it should help right? Thanks
