I (34F) have lost interest in sex. I used to love going on dates with men and having sex but lately I couldnβt care less. The last time I had sex was a year ago and the idea of it now just grosses me out for some reason. The idea of getting touched at all makes me cringe. I went on a date a month or so ago and we kissed and the whole time, I hated it. Kissing is something I love to do so it threw me off. This has never happened to me before and I havenβt had anything happen to me in terms of trauma that would set this off. Iβm just confused because I still have a thriving libido and I miss intimacyβ¦but itβs like my body is rejecting it.
Any tips or ideas on whatβs going on is welcome.
