2½ years gains with pumping

My starting size was 7" bpel, 5" mseg. I did pe on and off (mostly off) from 2005 to 2023. I was inconsistent, and made hardly any gains. When I did do it I was doing jelqs, both regular and slow squash. I also used a penomet water pump occasionally. I tried the bib hanger but hated it and used it maybe 10 times total. I also would do occasional manual stretching. My inconsistentcy led to very little gains and had me skeptical about the whole thing. I was my own worst enemy.

I would push real hard for 5 weeks and then take 5 months off. Then get serious for a week but then skip a month. Then take a year off and get back to it for 2 weeks etc etc. You get the point. Fast forward to 2023 and my size at that point was still 7" bpel but I had gained ¼" girth and my mseg was 5¼".

So you'd think 7" x 5¼", not bad. You go on calc sd and it says your big, so you feel good but unfortunately that doesn't correlate with my real world experience. Every girl i had been with liked the sex with me but I was never their best and they always had a story about a guy they had been with that was a monster. They'd all say the same bs story about how it hurt but that mine was perfect. Id say if it hurt why did you keep going back. They'd make up some bs reason and it always ended between them and the monster guy because he chose to end it. For a long while in my life I bought their bs stories but in January of 2023 that all changed.

I had started dating a woman in August of 2022. Things were going well, she said the sex was great etc. A few months go by and she mentioned some things about her x boyfriends and specifically uses one of there names and how she loved him. She'd bring his name up every few weeks just in some type of conversation, I didn't think much of it but then in early January of 2023 somehow it came up that he was huge. She showed me a household object and it was ridiculous. Now maybe she didn't remember exactly correctly how big the guy was but it didn't matter. I remember feeling sick inside. Something in me just snapped.

The next day I found an old cheap cylinder with a squeeze bulb pump. I starting using that everyday. I was pumping about 20 to 30 minutes a day. I did that for about 6 months. Then In July I learned about leluv cylinders. So I bought 5 different sizes, a 2", 2.125", 2.25", 2.5" and 2.75". I also bought a pump with a gauge. What an immediate difference, so much more comfortable and I could see how much pressure I was actually using. Over time I kept adjusting my pumping routine.

My pe routine was and still is simple. I only pump. Usually 2 times a day. In the morning before work and then right after I get home from work. I never schedule a day off although sometimes life gets in the way. I haven't stopped for a decon either. I pump anywhere from 20 minutes up to 4 hours a day. Most days though its around 40 minutes total. I use pressures anywhere from 3 inhg up 20 inhg. My skin has definitely taken a beating but im hell bent on getting results and I definitely have. Currently my bpel is 7⅞", and mseg is 6⅝".

In the pictures the dildo is 6" insertable length and 5" mseg. The one picture is from 2021. I was 7" bpel and 5¼" mseg in that photo. The other photo is current August 2025, where I am 7⅞" bpel and 6⅝" mseg. My penis has grown in both length and girth just from pumping. Also it has grown fairly uniform, even the head has grown significantly. The other photos you can see how my thumb compares to the diameter of my penis. In the photo from 2017 my penis is much lighter in color because I didn't have the infamous pumpers tan back then. Where's the new photo from June of 2025 its much darker but you can see how much wider its become.

I hope the post helps give hope to everyone. Gains are absolutely possible but you just have to be consistent. Let me say that again you have to be consistent. I dont care what exercises you choose to do, just be consistent.
