Routine
:
Pumping pretty much everyday 3x5 once or twice a day. Started with 120 mm hg and worked my way to 220 mm hg. First set is warm up set. I use air pump with gauge and silicone sleeve.
Length routine with traction devices is by far hardest thing to get right
. I started with shitty extender from Aliexpress that had penile gland sleeves constantly rupturing. So I switched to water trick but vac cup didnβt keep the seal to glands were sliding off. Finally, I opted for taping although it takes a lot of time.
Started hanging recently 1 kg for 40 mins. I feel deeper stretch compared to extending and itβs easier to know exact load Iβm applying.
So current routine: hanging 40 min with 1-2kg load. Pumping 3x5 with 120 mm hg to 220 mm hg pressure.
I think my gains can be attributed to improved EQ. Newbie 1 cm came in 2 month actually. No gains were made in August. But I will not switch routine. Gonna stick to it for another month.
I donβt use supplements. Just eating a lot of ginger, garlic, beetroot, red pepper and other natural NO boosters. Overall healthy lifestyle, low body fat however I did take a lot of ZYN to keep my dick flaccid during manuals but I realised itβs terrible idea and it made me addicted to nicotine. I use cialis pre-sex only.
