His policy statement is "Shift the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods." This should not be excerpted in a way that suggests that he's calling for taxing white people more because of their race. He's calling for taxing expensive homes in the same way as more moderately priced homes, and noting that the more expensive homes tend to be in wealthier and whiter neighborhoods. You could certainly add something appropriate about this to his economic policy section.
