I still believe and remember that the former Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohammad's '''granddaughter''': '''Ineza Roussille''' (who is the daughter of his eldest daughter Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir) often nicknamed him or pen-named him as '''"Tok Det"''' in which she always uses it fondly and frequently until today whenever she calls out her grandfather. Eventually that aforesaid name got stuck later on and it has virtually become his family name in his entire household after all!
