If what you mean is that the band does not mind their lyrics being released in that way, then it would be sufficient for them to place a note saying so on [http://www.ruoska.net/yhtye/diskografia/ their website] (English would be helpful :)). If they're willing to give permission there for Lyricwiki to host their lyrics, then Wikipedia has no issue with the link being included.
