*'''Don't include'''. It would result in too much of an apples-to-oranges situation. If [[List of longest AI-generated films]] meets the usual requirements for a stand-alone article ([[WP:Notability]] and so on), that's where such content should go. If not, I don't think it belongs on Wikipedia. If [[WP:Consensus]] ends up being to include AI-generated films in this article, I am firmly of the opinion that they should indeed have a separate section rather than being listed with non-AI-generated films. == "120 Days of Sodom Literally" and Remix/Framerate Films ==

We need to talk about the film currently claiming the world record, Dan Kapelovitz's "120 Days of Sodom Literally." Apparently this "film" is just Passolini's ''Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom'' played at the excruciating rate of one frame per X minutes, on the "Kapelovision" [https://kapelovision.com/120-days-of-sodom-literally/ website] (it is "playing" there now). Naturally, this was deleted once from this page, but seemed to be re-added along with a reference: a dubious [https://theaither.com/we-catch-up-with-daniel-dan-kapelovitz-to-learn-about-his-latest-creative-endeavours-new-films-run-for-los-angeles-district-attorney-friendships-legal-practice-developments-with-the-partridge-f/ article] from a psychedelic culture zine, an interview of the "tell us everything you have done and every famous person you know" variety, that just repeats verbatim what Dan says about this project on his own website. There is no other description or artistic merit suggested for this film, even by the "filmmaker," except to repeat in the tagline/poster/etc on the (self-added) TMDB/IMDB entries, that this is the "Longest Film Ever Made!"

In my opinion, this film needs to stay off this page, for many reasons. It seems like it's mostly a publicity stunt, and does not seem to contain any new footage (not that I'm going to watch to find out, but has played sequentially at least today; it is currently around the 69m41s mark of the film). I should not have to say that playing someone else's film as a slideshow does not constitute a new film, and that seems to be all that was done here. I am not sure if something was changed enough to even make this even a "remix" of the film it's using, or if elongating the runtime to match the title was literally the whole project. Dan has been trying to "release" another similar project with the Eddie Murphy film ''48 Hours'' for the past 5 years, I guess—or maybe just announcing such projects is considered a performance art happening.

But regardless of its artistic merit, it has only ever been "screened" on the author's personal website, so this doesn't even fit the basic criteria here, or even on TMDB/IMDB. In that interview article there is some pipe dream about playing it at an unspecified museum, that is apparently afraid of the legal consequences—no kidding!—along with Dan's boasts about being able to win such a legal battle. Maybe this would indeed pass "fair use" provision for being such shockingly low quality/slow motion.

Regardless of all that, just as in the "AI Film" provision discussed recently, it is an apples:oranges situation. ''Logistics ''is an actual film made entirely with original footage, screened at reputable real-world venues, and (in my opinion) has a statement to make other than simply "I can change the frame rate of another film and make the runtime reference something." It would be an insult to the other films here to let this remain on the list, but I personally don't have the energy to keep fighting with whoever keeps re-adding this while knowing these glaring issues exist.
