Singtel has been extensively having an advertising campaign called 5G+ stating that they now offer 5G on a 700MHz band which advertises better coverage indoors and open areas. According to this source: https://en.ocworkbench.com/singtel-launches-5g-with-700-mhz-band-28-for-enhanced-coverage-across-singapore/ , they are using n28 for the purpose (which makes sense, this band as mentioned before is used by neighboring Malaysia for the Single Wholesale Network (NSA) 5G deployment by DNB). However I cannot discern the frequency slice size used as they do not publish that in their ads and all articles neglect to mention it.
