:[[Bilirubin encephalopathy]] would be more consistent with [[WP:SENTENCECASE]]. However, '''oppose''' either change given that kernicterus is still more widely used, at least using [https://books.google.com/ngrams/graph?content=Kernicterus%2CBilirubin+encephalopathy&year_start=1800&year_end=2022&corpus=en&smoothing=3 ngram].
