:::Thank you for uploading the image in the first place. It initially felt unwieldy to have so many images in the article, but I did put it into the infobox I have for their draft article I have. [[User:Jon698|Jon698]] ([[User talk:Jon698|talk]]) 15:13, 3 April 2025 (UTC) |

I performed copyedit per the request at [[WP:GOCER]]. Some notes: |
* Is The Furrier ever identified in the film as the merchant's daughter? I didn't spot it if she was. It might not be a bad idea to have a footnote for that, with any sources which do conclude that she is his daughter. |
* The second paragraph of production states that it was filmed over 12 weeks and specifies 9 weeks of that. Were the other 3 weeks the 3–4 weeks in which the first act was filmed? |
* The lead sentence says that the film was written by Cheslik and Tews, but the Production section says that it was written by Cheslik alone. |
* I added more to the plot about the protagonist's alcohol use, since this is part of his hero's journey. |
* I didn't check the sources, but I feel that for FAC the article could probably have a Themes section, examining Jean's hero's journey, overcoming his alcoholism, the myth of growth through hardship, and the juxtaposition of the industrious civilization of the beavers with Jean's meagre survival. Maybe the sources aren't there, though (it's rare for comedies to be taken seriously). |

Ping me if you have any questions, and thanks for your work on this article about a very funny film! – [[User:Reidgreg|Reidgreg]] ([[User talk:Reidgreg|talk]]) 17:03, 4 July 2025 (UTC) |
