== Status of America Party’s website ==

I want to inform everyone, and interpret this as you will, that [https://theamericaparty.org/#join TheAmericaParty.org], is the seeming official website of Elon Musk’s America Party. Under the heading ''Stay in the Loop,'' sub-headed with ''Join our mailing list,'' it’s explicitly stated that:

''“At this stage, TheAmericaParty.org is an independent exploratory civic-ideas project and is not yet an FEC-registered committee. The future legal owner/FEC-registered committee that formally takes over will give me explicit written notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt out before using this list for fundraising or for any other new purpose.”''

Another factor to consider is that at the very bottom of the webpage in question, the [https://theamericapac.org/ TheAmericaPac.org], which is the official website address for Elon Musk’s America PAC.

All of the above could mean that the America Party is still effectively being overseen by the America PAC, and has not yet been registered with the Federal Electoral Commission. [[User:Jasper Chu|Jasper Chu]] ([[User talk:Jasper Chu|talk]]) 03:08, 18 July 2025 (UTC)
