Russian drones and missiles hit Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, killing at least two and leaving at least 13 injured. Loud blasts echoed in Kyiv, and flashes from air defence intercepting missiles were spotted by residents. Dozens of Ukrainians in the capital city took shelter in a central metro station as Russia pounded the city. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected to meet Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit in Malaysia.
