Philippines: US Deploys F-35, Japan Sends Warships to Manila To Counter China's Xi |Spotlight | N18G The Philippine Air Force and the US Pacific Forces began joint military drills on Monday under Cope Thunder 25-2, a bilateral exercise scheduled to run until July 18. This is the first time the Philippine Air Force has flown alongside the US Air Force’s F-35s. The joint drills are conducted across various training sites throughout Northern Luzon. The Philippines has deployed around 2,300 personnel and several air assets.
