Next Itzel/Shir/Thay

In the recent past we saw some amazing girls who's chests ballooned like crazy, suffering from actual severe macromastia/gigantomastia. I think it's reasonable to assume that more girls like them will show up in the future and I'd like this thread to function as some sort of heads up where someone who notices such a case can warn others.
