Born in [[Santana, Bahia|Santana]], [[Bahia]], Lucas Emmanuel joined [[Goiás Esporte Clube|Goiás]]' youth categories in 2020, from [[Aparecida Esporte Clube|Aparecida]]. He made his first team debut on 13 January 2021, coming on as a late [[Substitute (association football)|substitute]] for [[Vinícius Lopes (footballer, born 1999)|Vinícius Lopes]] in a 1–0 home loss against [[Atlético Clube Goianiense|Atlético Goianiense]], for the [[2020 Campeonato Goiano]].
