The Wonder Sea boat, enroute to Ha Long Bay, a popular tourist destination, capsized due to bad weather and strong winds as Storm Wipha is about to hit the country across the South China Sea. According to the authorities rescue workers saved 12 passengers, and recovered 34 bodies near the incident site.
