Judge upholds DPP's decision to charge ex-Kabete MP Muchai murder suspects with robbery with violence

Justice Mugambi dismissed a petition filed by the suspects who claimed the State had subjected them to treble jeopardy by initiating 2 transgression cases arising from the aforesaid incidental and involving the aforesaid person.
