India Snubs China, Backs Dalai Lama | Firstpost Spotlight | Subscribe to Firstpost | N18G In an apparent snub to China, India’s Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Thursday said that the decision on succession of the Dalai Lama will be taken by the established institution or Dalai Lama himself.
