It seems we as boob hounds don't quite all agree on the exact meaning of macromastia (I'll put aside gigantomastia, another term, and hypertrophy).
I'll add pictures, and you can, of cos, post "proof" with our GOAT busty models for illustration.
Let me put the options verbally:
1. Macromastia for breasts that are heavier than 3% of a (woman's) body weight. Assume Milena had 65kg, her 4kg of breasts easily exceeded 1.95kg = 3% of her whole self.
