Himachal Floods LIVE: Dozens Missing After Floods and Landslides in Himachal Pradesh | N18G Flash floods and landslides have claimed 78 lives and several are still missing in Himachal Pradesh rainstorms still continue. Since the onset of monsoon on June 20th, the state has witnessed, 19 cloudbursts, 23 flash floods and 16 landslides which have caused huge damage to life and property. Ongoing rescue efforts are continuously hampered by the region’s unstable terrain and destruction of vital roads.
