Japsignal Property Agency Company Limited was founded in 1986<ref name=":0" />, opening its first location at Nan Fung Centre, with a focus on handling residential properties in Tsuen Wan.
In 1987, the company facilitated the sales of a large number of flats in Riviera Gardens at the demonstration unit showing. In the same year, the company was appointed a proxy agent of Lido Garden.
Following broad support from buyers, the company opened a branch in the storefront of Riviera Gardens in 1989, also becoming a proxy agent of Kam Fung Garden.
In 1989, its success in the sales of flats in Belvedere Garden allowed it to form a new branch by combining three store spaces in the estate shopping centre, becoming the largest property agency in the estate.
In 1990, it expanded to South Horizons to become a proxy agent with sales rates reaching an all time high.
In 1991, it became a proxy agent for CK Asset Holdings Limited for their projects Laguna City and Rhine Garden. In the same year, it opened a branch in Kwun Tong Plaza.
In 1992, it opened the largest property agency in Laguna City, in the same year becoming the sole proxy agent for Rhine Terrace.
In 1996 and 1997, it opened a branch in Sham Tseng Tsuen and Tsuen Wan Centre respectively.
As of 2025, the company has refreshed its business model to focus on Riviera Gardens, with two branches servicing the residential estate and the surrounding area.
