Court summons DCI boss Mohammed Amin over blogger Ndiangui Kinyagia's disappearance

While issuing the directive, Justice Chacha Mwita said the DCI should travel and explicate Kinyagia's whereabouts, arsenic the DCI officers were the past known individuals to sojourn his residence earlier his disappearance.
