Kai Cenat was briefly banned from Twitch after hackers took over his account, changed his username, and went live.
Popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenatโs channel, which boasts over 16.8 million followers, was reportedly hacked on April 3, 2025.The hacker replaced Cenatโs display image with a โSavaโ logo and added a Discord link to the banner that redirected users to โDiscord.gg/namesnipes.โ
Cenatโs Twitch username was temporarily changed to โSavawuzhereโ before being reverted to its original handle. This led to Twitch system detecting unusual activity in the account and they were forced to briefly banned it. By the time of posting this article, the account has been successfully restored after Kai Cenat gained full management back from the hacker.
